The products that are for sale at www.DoctorPlagiarism.com (hereinafter the “Site”) are sold and invoiced by Doctor Plagiarism VAT no. 05803140655.

1) General Terms and Conditions for a sale acceptance and termination of the contract

1.1 The contract stipulated between DoctorPlagiarism.com (hereinafter “Doctor Plagiarism”) and the Customer (i.e. the subject, a natural person, who makes the purchase via the Site, not related to his/her own commercial, business or professional activity) is considered to be concluded with the delivery of the report by Doctor Plagiarism.

1.2 By placing an order in the various ways provided, according to the order form on the Site (hereinafter the “Order”), the Customer states to have read all the information provided to him/her during the purchasing process and to fully accept these General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter the “Conditions”).

1.3 These Conditions may be printed or stored on a durable medium, in compliance with the provisions of art. 12 of Legislative Decree no. 70/2003 and by art. 51 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 amended by Legislative Decree no. 21/2014.

2) General Terms and Conditions for the purchase

2.1 The products sold by Doctor Plagiarism are exclusively shown on the Doctor Plagiarism website at Order placement and described in the relevant information sheets.

2.2 In any case, it is understood that the images accompanying the description of a product are for informational purposes only and may not be representative of its characteristics. They may differ by colour and/or size (also due to the browser and monitor used to access the Site and view the images).

2.3 In order to place an order, the Customer must fill in the Order form in its entirety and click send after having carefully examined the conditions and characteristics of the product and/or products he/she intends to purchase.

2.4 A correct receipt of the Order is confirmed by Doctor Plagiarism by means of an email, sent to the email address supplied by the Customer. This confirmation will contain the data entered by the Customer who shall possibly notify without delay the necessary corrections of any incorrect data.

3) Prices and payments

3.1 The prices listed on the website are to be considered inclusive of taxes and VAT. Any shipping costs or payment costs will in any case be communicated to the Customer in advance on the website or in these General Terms and Conditions.

3.2 The following payment methods are accepted:

(i) PayPal

For the payment, the PayPal circuit can be used by the Customer.

(ii) Credit Card

When goods are purchased using a Credit Card as the payment method, the transaction may be carried out by the secure PayPal server or another secure server chosen by Doctor Plagiarism.

In no case, nor during any phase of the payment to Doctor Plagiarism, shall Doctor Plagiarism be able to see the personal information related to the customer’s Credit Card. All details will be transmitted via a secure connection directly to the website of the banking institution that manages the transaction. No computer archive of Doctor Plagiarism will retain such data and therefore Doctor Plagiarism shall in no case be held responsible for any fraudulent or unlawful use of Credit Cards by third parties.

4) Delivery of goods and related costs

4.1 The purchased service shall be made available in the personal environment, which can be accessed by logging in with the email address used to create the order, within 48 hours from Doctor Plagiarism’s Order acceptance, at the cost specifically indicated on the Site.

4.2 The reports that will be provided may provide results that may change over time with the availability of new public and private sources, and they may differ from other sites that offer the same services.

4.3 The delivery times indicated by Doctor Plagiarism must be considered as purely indicative and a delay does not legitimise the Customer to refuse delivery or to claim damages.

4.4 At the time of delivery of the service, the Customer is required to check that the report can be viewed correctly and that everything that interests him/her can be saved locally as the report may no longer be available after 30 days.

5) Right of withdrawal

5.1 By providing an online service, there is no right of withdrawal as per the applicable law.

7) Privacy

7.1 The personal data collection by Doctor Plagiarism when processing the Order, for the sole purpose of satisfying the express requests of the Customer, shall be done in compliance with Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 and the privacy policy stated on the website. Any further processing shall be carried out only with the express consent of the Customer. 

8) Applicable law

8.1 The sales contract referred to in these General Terms and Conditions and its execution is governed by law with the non-application of the conflict rules and the United Nations Convention for the International Sale of Services. The Court of the Customer’s municipality of residence will be competent for the solution of the relative disputes.
